Book cover missing during read

Description

The last few books I have converted from .txt to .epub no longer display their book jackets when opened to read in Stanza on iPod Touch. Thumbnails and all other metadata is present in library, only when opening the book to read is the cover missing. All other books which were converted and passed to Stanza in the past display their book covers perfectly within Stanza, only those books which have been recently converted show the issue. Currently running Calibre version 0.7.3 and Stanza version 3.0.1

Go to EPUB Output in the conversion settings and check No SVG cover
