Stanza 3.0 showing "Catalog is Empty"

Description

After upgrading to Calibre .7, Stanza 3.0 is showing "Catalog is Empty" when trying to upload books.

Stanza 3.0 was working with .655.

I have tried this on both an iPhone and iPad, same results.

If I setup the Stanza connection as a webpage, I can see the test page from Calibre.
