Bulk edit metadata - can not set rating to 0 stars

Description

I'm trying to remove all stars/ratings from a bunch of books. When I click 'edit metadata in bulk' and leave the stars set to 0 the rating remains to what it was set before I hit 'edit'. (I can change all to 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 but not to 0/none)

Fixed in branch trunk. The fix will be in the next release.
