Viewer crash on MOBI files created from PDB

As of 0.6.34, trying to view any MOBI file created from a PDB file crashes the viewer as soon as the page forward arrow is pressed beyond the cover picture. On Windows Vista (32) the error is reported as "calibre-parallel.exe has stopped working", and the viewer is closed.

The error does not occur if you scroll through the MOBI file with the scroll bar at right. The error also does not occur on MOBI files created from other formats, nor does it occur when viewing native PDB files. It does happen every time on MOBI file that were created from PDB before and after upgrading to 0.6.34.
