User style sheet for ebook viewer does not work on Windows 7

Description

It seems the user style sheet for the ebook viewer isn't working on Windows 7. I wanted to change the background color but it does not work. This is on my netbook running Windows 7 Starter edition. I've tried modifying the style sheet a few times but nothing changes in the viewer. Everything is working fine though on my desktop running Vista.
