Sort tags for an item alphabetically.

Description

Have multiple tags for an item sort themselves alphabetically. Right now you can have an item tagged "Classic, Fiction" and another "Fiction, Classic" which is pretty much the same thing. But when sorting on the Tags column they will appear in different spots on the list.

Implemented in branch trunk. The fix will be in the next release.
