trouble with charset

Hello,

I have some trouble whith title or autor name while adding books into calibre. I think my filename are in charset iso-8859-1 (latin 1 because I'm french !) and perhaps calibre doesn't recognize this charset.

For example if i want to insert this item :

" Les h?tres d'or "

Calibre transform this to :

" Les h??tres d'or " It's the same for the field 'author'

But sometimes, there is no problem. It's depend of the file. See the picture attached with this ticket.

Please how could I fix this ?
