Can't try downloading recipe again if initial download fails

Description

I have some recipes that work most of the time, but occasionally fail. And when they fail, they often succeed the next time I try to run them. (In other words, they succeed 30 seconds after they initially failed.)

The problem however is that I cannot run a recipe again after it's failed. Calibre simply refuses to try running the recipe again. I've tried choosing the recipe from the Fetch News window. I've also tried opening the Jobs window and hitting "stop Job" or trying to delete the job that failed. It doesn't help.

The only thing that works is shutting down Calibre completely and then relaunching it. Then the recipe can be run again.

Could Calibre make several attempts to download a recipe if it fails initially? Perhaps 3 attempts by default and maybe allow a user setting? You could also allow a time interval between attempts.

This could be very useful when a recipe fails or when a source is temporarily offline but comes back shortly.

Define fail. Doe snot download at all, has missing articles?

Doesn't download at all. It has a message "Calibre could not fetch the following recipe" (or something like that... maybe it says "Calibre could not fetch the recipe: ABC newspaper")

If I try to download the recipe again, nothing happens. I can click on download, but I'm given no message or any kind and the jobs queue doesn't start processing the recipe. It stays at zero.
