Download Now doesn't work after Stop Selected Job

Description

I have found that if I use "Stop Selected Job" in the "Jobs" window to stop a running download and then select a news source and click "Download Now" in the "Schedule News Download" window, nothing happens.

Expected behaviour: the download should begin.

Actual behaviour: nothing happens.

Perhaps when "Stop Selected Job" is clicked it (incorrectly) blocks future downloads of news sources with the same name.

If I restart Calibre, the "Download Now" button works as expected.

I should clarify, the problem occurs if I Stop a job for, say, "Irish Independent" and then try to use "Download Now" for the same news source, e.g. after customising it.

Fixed in branch trunk. The fix will be in the next release.
