Calibre doesn't allow multiple simultaneous downloads

Description

Stanza 1.9 has a "Download All" button for shared books. However, when using it with Calibre 0.6.10's Stanza catalog integration, Calibre crashes on OS 10.5 (see the attached crash log). This seems to happen whenever trying to download multiple books simultaneously.
