MOBI conversion Issues in 6.0.10

Description

A few issues (6.0.10 beta):

  1. When converting from htm to mobi, it creates a TOC at the end of the title, even when I disable this feature, because I already have a TOC at the beginning.
  1. Moreover, it includes not only the chapters in the TOC it creates at the end, but also all endnotes.
  1. During the conversion from htm to mobi, it changes Arabic numerals for endnotes to Roman.
  1. During the conversion, it left-justifies text which is centered in the htm (verses.)

  1. fixed in next beta (via a new option)
  1. You have to specify the TOC creation options for your HTML file, otherwise calibre ssumes by default that all links belong in the TOC
  1. I don't see this
