Description
Version 5.10 works, but somewhere between 5.11 and 5.13 Calibre started printing blank pdfs to Sony reader and to disk.
PDFs have correct size, number of pages etc but all pages are blank and covers are missing. PDFs stored in Calibre database directory are good, the importing is working.
Not printed all PDFs are blank, about 25% export to disk or reader correctly, the other 75% blank. I do not know what if any difference there is between the original PDFs.
Versions: OSX 10.5.7 Calibre 5.13 and ?5.12/5.11 Sony Reader 505 / Sony Reader 700
Work around: I have reverted to Calibre 0.5.10 and things are working correctly.

Note that I need the original PDf file, not the blanked version

I took the liberty of adding a file. The file was cropped using the Preview program in Mac OSX Leopard.
The original file transfered with Calibre works normally. The cropped version of the file transferred with Calibre shows blank pages. The cropped version of the file transferred manually (without Calibre) works normally.
My guess is that Preview is putting some sort of metadata into the file when it crops, which Calibre is picking up and misinterpreting. I experienced this problem as soon as I installed Leopard on my older Mac Book Pro, so I assume it has something to do with Preview.

Can you attach one of these PDF files. Also you can disable the PDf metadata writer plugin to fix this in 0.5.13
